In 2014, Dr. Yecheskel set out to create a unique practice for her patients. An inviting place focused on personalized and comprehensive eye and visual healthcare for all patients, at every stage of life, from infants to seniors. Since then, All Eyes On Rockville and Dr. Hannah Yecheskel are humbled to have received numerous accolades such as:

Dr. Yecheskel’s inspiration was born along with her journey toward motherhood. Medical challenges created experiences that solidified her stance on the importance of focused, compassionate, individualized care in every field of healthcare. It is important to optimize both the level of care one receives as well as the actual overall journey toward health and wellbeing.
After her twin daughters were born, her inspiration grew to create an optometric practice that would reach the level of care she was so fortunate to have received. She envisioned a practice that would offer specialized, state of the art eye and vision care as well as a boutique optical shop tailored to meet the visual comfort and unique style for every individual. And so, in the summer of 2014, Dr. Yecheskel achieved her goal, opening her doors to All Eyes On Rockville, a place her daughters can be proud of.

Our mission at All Eyes On Rockville is to offer the most comprehensive and personalized eye care. Our doctor and opticians are all highly trained experts in the field of eye and visual healthcare. We believe that the eyes are the windows into one’s overall health. We therefore take a comprehensive approach to eye care, focusing on all aspects of health and wellbeing. Dr. Hannah Yecheskel
DOCTOR OF OPTOMETRY
Named “America’s Best Optometrist” by Newsweek (2021), Dr. Hannah Yecheskel (Ye-hes-kel) is a highly accomplished doctor of optometry with over 20 years of experience. Originally from the DMV, she received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland in 1997, and went on to earn a Doctorate Degree in Optometry from Nova Southeastern College of Optometry in 2001. She trained in Miami Beach, Florida at Braverman Eye Center as well as Eye Centers of South Florida. Since moving back to the Washington, DC area she has worked as a doctor at Shady Grove Eye & Vision Care, Solomon Eye Physicians & Surgeons and served as a consultant for Re:Vision – Roy Rubinfeld, MD. Dr. Yecheskel started her own practice, All Eyes on Rockville in 2014. Widely recognized for her compassionate approach and comprehensive view of eye health, Dr. Yecheskel excels in providing patients - of all ages and stages of life - with innovative and personalized service.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & OPTICIAN
Adrianne has a vast knowledge of frame styling and fitting. She loves applying her dedication to customer care to All Eyes On Rockville patients, and is often the first smiling face you see when you walk into the office. Originally from the Montgomery County area, she prides herself in making people feel at home as soon as they walk in the door.
Terri Coleman
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR & OPTICIAN
A native Washingtonian, Terri has a vast array of knowledge and expertise in the world of surgical ophthalmology, optometry and opticianry. Her 15 years of experience in the field of eye care award her the ability to guide and care for our patients at every level. Focusing her attentions in the art of total eye care at All Eyes On Rockville, Terri’s expertise enables her to fully care for our patients’ needs. Her expertise as an eye wear consultant and her technical skills in the world of medical eye care, Terri excels in her abilities to multitask for the betterment of patient care.
This proud mother of one especially enjoys applying her skills to the children and young adults of our practice.
Stu Greathouse
OPTICIAN & OPTICAL CONSULTANT
As an optical craftsman for over 35 years, Stu is a master in the art of optics. Applying his expertise and experience toward the benefit of others is one of his great passions in life. He has witnessed the amazing development of industry standards, from a basic “one size fits all” approach to eye wear to a more customized approach that can meet the visual requirements of a person on a more individualized level. From customized digital lens designs to artisan crafted eye wear and lens enhancements, Stu thrives on finding your “perfect” fit.
Ty Weaver
OPTICAL CONSULTANT
Ty is a native Washingtonian with over 20 years of experience in the optical profession. A skilled professional optician, Ty is dedicated to using her expertise to providing individualized care based on the specific visual needs of every person. Her enthusiasm for her craft, her attention to detail and her use of our artistic landscape of boutique eyewear, Ty creates an experience you will love.
ANDY HERNANDEZ
OPTICAL CONSULTANT
Andy is a young, dynamic optician who brings a fresh approach to the art of styling patients in the latest frame trends that bring out their best features in a natural, comfortable way. He has proven himself a craftsman in the art of choosing the most ideal lens designs and materials for each individual person he works with. Andy is currently enrolled at Catholic University where he is studying biology and finance. He is working toward joining the ranks of the optometric profession. Andy is also well versed in the Spanish language, making it easier for our patients more comfortable conversing in Spanish.
